This is my order number. First the order was delivered very late then one of the product was missing and the others were used product and even after sending so many request emails, they didn't respond for any of the problem. And now they are also not allowing me to return the products. It's ridiculous. Maybe I should report them to consumer forum.
The perfumes were nothing special it was same like what my uncle used to wear which he bought from the local store. It wasnt worth the money i paid and also no free gift was sent. One of the biggest mistake i made by buying it, no branding on the bottle nothing. Totally lookes like fake.
I think your business is just to make money and to speard good fragrance to clients. You didnt bother to reply on my emails i have sent to you.
I had ordered it for wrong delivery address I want to change delivery address and even order was not getting canceled you didnt even bother to reply your customer emails. Your motive was just money came in let the customer suffer for after sales service. Have some courtesy to reply back.

I regret not checking the reviews before purchasing. This has been a very disappointing experience.
All four perfume bottles I received are identical, with no proper labeling or description, which raises serious concerns about authenticity. Additionally, the free perfume that was promised was not delivered.
When I attempted to exchange the product, it showed as out of stock. Trying to initiate a return was even worse—the website kept freezing/locking, making it impossible to proceed. I also couldn’t submit a review on their platform as that feature appears to be non-functional.
Overall, this feels like a very unreliable and frustrating system.
I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this website.
Scam.... I made a prepaid order and they cancelled it.. not received my amount. All money is gone

I’ve ordered product since 1st April and haven’t received it yet form the same day it’s showing pikup pending and there’s no support
They’ve just one contact no. To call for support and that too is either switched off or incoming calls are not available

I reached out to customer support however there was no response. Very disappointed.
The bottles are not labeled and the scent is not authentic.
